We’ve made starting a project even easier with Custom Templates. Now you can take your favorite workflow canvases and create custom templates with them so that you can start a new project in just a few clicks.

Downloading a PDF is Quick & Easy 🚀

Simply click on the three dots next to your canvas’ name and click on the words “Export to PDF” and your Canvas will save to your device.

PDF export is up to 10x faster than before. You can now receive faster, smaller PDF documents by optimizing your canvas based on the quality you choose.

Improvements to the Voice Memo Feature 🎙️

We’ve made it even easier to send a Voice Memo on your canvas. Simply start by clicking the “+” button in the toolbar to the left of your canvas and choose “Audio memo” from the menu.

Your ideas or feedback will be inserted into your canvas so that your team, colleagues, or students will be able to hear your thoughts and feedback directly from your Allo Workspace.
